Abstract

Optimizing the Role of the Constitutional Court in Constitutional Law in Indonesia. This research aims to investigate the Optimization of the Role of the Constitutional Court in Constitutional Law in Indonesia. This research is a type of library research, that is, by recording all findings and combining all findings, whether theoretical or new findings from books, websites, articles and newspapers regarding Optimizing the Role of the Constitutional Court in Constitutional Law, analyzing all findings from various reading and providing critical ideas about Optimizing the Role of the Constitutional Court in Constitutional Law in Indonesia. The research results show that the Constitutional Court has a very important role in the constitutional law system in Indonesia.
