Review of the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law on Rental Agreements for Renting Crooked Land through Auction in Medini Village, District. Kudus Regency Invitation. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the lease agreement of bengkok land by auction and the analysis of the lease agreement of bengkok land by auction in Medini Village from the perspective of the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law. This type of research is field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The primary data source used is data obtained from interviews by the Head of Medini Village, village officials, auction committee, and bengkok land tenants. The results of this study show that the process of leasing bengkok land is carried out openly to the public. Medini villagers with limited land are given access by the village government to rent village-owned bengkok land. The implementation is carried out by auction and is carried out using an agreement. In addition, the results of this study indicate that there is a discrepancy between the agreement and the principles of the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law. Because musta'jir lent the crooked land to other parties without the knowledge of the village government. Although in the lease agreement of the cropland in Medini Village the object of the contract is clear, consisting of two people who are adults, an explanation of time, and an explanation of benefits, ijab kabul and the agreed rental price.
