Hukum Islam Dan Teknologi: Adaptasi Hukum Islam Dengan Perkembangan Teknologi

Islamic Law and Technology: Adaptation of Islamic Law to Technological Developments. This study aims to investigate the Adaptation of Islamic Law to Technological Developments. This research is a type of library research, that is, by recording all findings and combining all findings, whether theoretical or new findings from books, websites, articles and newspapers regarding the Adaptation of Islamic Law to Technological Developments, analyzing all findings from various readings. and provide critical ideas about the Adaptation of Islamic Law to Technological Developments. The results of the research show that, Exploration of how Islamic law adapts to technological developments, namely: (1) issues related to privacy, namely: Privacy in Islamic Law is important and is recognized as an individual right, (2) cyber security, namely Islamic Law , or sharia, does not directly address cyber security issues, but the principles of Islamic law and Islamic ethics can provide guidance in addressing issues related to cyber security and (3) technology ethics, namely Technology ethics in Islamic law includes aspects of privacy, accuracy , ownership, accessibility, and social media with good ethics.
