Supporting and Inhibiting Factors in the Implementation of Islamic Counseling Guidance Methods to Increase Children's Worship Motivation: Analysis at the Al Hasaniyyah Kudus Orphanage. The implementation of the Islamic Counseling Guidance (BKI) method in orphanages has a strategic role in fostering children's worship motivation, especially for those who face various emotional and spiritual challenges. This study aims to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the BKI method at the Al-Hasaniyyah Kaliwungu Kudus Orphanage. Supporting factors include a conducive religious environment, the involvement of competent ustadz, and structured worship programs. On the other hand, inhibiting factors include limited facilities, lack of counselor training in the Islamic psychology approach, and psychological barriers in children due to traumatic experiences. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation to provide a comprehensive picture of the implementation of BKI at the orphanage. The results of the study indicate that effective implementation of BKI requires synergy between the environment, caregiver competence, and supporting facilities. A strong religious environment has been shown to be able to encourage children's worship motivation, but the success of implementation also depends heavily on a personal approach that is in accordance with the child's psychological condition. Therefore, it is important for orphanage managers to increase the capacity of counselors through ongoing training and improve facilities that support counseling activities. This study provides practical recommendations for orphanages and related parties to optimize the implementation of the BKI method to improve children's worship motivation holistically and sustainably
